These buyers booked many showings online with different agents by accident. When they looked at each home the agent was trying to sell them on that home. When they arrived at my showing, I let them take in the house and then asked questions about them. I wanted to know what was important to them. I also let them know the market conditions so they knew what they were getting into. I never tried to sell them anything. I wanted to know about them. These buyers told me no one else had taken the time to listen to them. I was the only one that didn't talk like "a used car salesman".
